A custom is a piece of jewellery that you essentially commission me to make for you. For example, if you wanted a tattoo choker with a specific colour scheme or charm you can fill out a form and we will order the materials and make the item just for you. 

Once you have submitted your form to us underlining your ideas, please allow us 4 working days to read your form and consider if your custom is a possibility for us.

We will then email you/contact you on your preferred method of contact with further information or any questions we may have about your order. In this email we will include an estimated price for our services. You can then ask us any questions in your follow up email. You will need to be able to have a thorough email conversation with us describing your exact expectation for your piece.

Once price has been agreed upon, your request has been accepted and payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email. YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PULL OUT OF THE TRANSACTION AFTER THIS EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT. Communication will continue throughout the transaction as we provide regular updates. We may contact you at any point throughout with further questions if needed.

We aim to order the materials needed for your custom same day as your confirmation email is sent. It usually takes around a week for materials to be delivered to us but around public holidays such as christmas it may take a little longer. Once materials have arrived we will begin working on your order. We will ALWAYS provide you with photos of your piece to ensure you can choose for us to change anything you are unhappy with before we have shipped (please note, no more materials will be ordered and we will have to work with what we have). Once you are happy we aim to have it shipped within 3 days like a normal order. You will receive a shipping confirmation once it has been sent.

We have set base prices for all of our custom orders. This means customs will always begin at a set price. Once materials have been discussed, the price of us buying these + shipping will be added onto the base price. Customs MUST be paid for before materials have been ordered.

After your confirmation email has been sent, I will order materials and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Any allergies to certain materials? (i.e metals)

Is there a specific material you want us to work with? (If this is not answered we will assume you are ok with stainless steel chain and antique silver/stainless steel)

If you want gold or silver coloured chain?

Reference pictures i.e a pinterest board with ideas (optional) 

Explain your ideas in as much detail as possible, include: colour, charm, type (i.e hook or hoop earrings, chain/rope necklace), additives (i.e spikes, dangling chain).

Your name and email address, phone number or social media handle.
